These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of strategysolved.com and all associated pages, tools, and digital products (collectively, the "Site") operated by Maresa Friedman / Strategy Solved ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Digital Products and Services

The Site may offer digital products, tools, assessments, and subscription services (including the Authority Ecosystem tools and Authority Architect subscription). The following terms apply to any such purchases:

• Payment: All fees are stated in USD and are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified
• Subscriptions: Subscription services (such as Authority Architect) are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: Digital products are generally non-refundable. For subscription services, refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at the address below to request a refund
• Access: Upon cancellation of a subscription, your access to subscription-only content and tools will terminate at the end of the paid period

5. Advisory and Consulting Services

Fractional CSO advisory, consulting, speaking engagements, and VIP Day services are governed by separate written agreements executed between the parties. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding engagement agreement. Engagement terms, scope, fees, and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

The content on this Site — including frameworks, methodologies, and strategic guidance — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice. Results described on the Site reflect past client outcomes and are not guarantees of future results.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
